Bitcoin Hash Rate is shifting from China to the United States

According to the TokenInsight report, the bitcoin Hash Rate in the United States rose from 4.06% to 7.24% between September 2019 and April 2020. The bitcoin Hash Rate of China has shown a slow downward trend since September 2019, and has dropped from 75.63% to 65.08%. In addition, Kazakhstan, which borders on China, has become the world’s fourth largest source of Bitcoin Hash Rate. The Hash Rate from Kazakhstan increased by 334%, from 1.42% to 6.17%, which is called “accident” by TokenInsight. TokenInsight stated that 2020 will be a crucial year for the gradual transformation of the mining industry.

From February to May, Grayscale Bitcoin Trust purchased 607 BTC daily and the total amount has reached 343954.

From February to May, Grayscale had bought about 607 BTC every day, and its Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) has increased by about 60762 BTC. 34% of bitcoin was purchased during the price spike. Until the end of May, GBTC managed a total of 343,954 BTC, and the value of the portfolio soared to US$3.37 billion.
